Consider Holistic Therapy unique to you.
You want more balance but don’t know where to start.
All the negative thinking makes you feel tired. What you want and need is a more positive outlook on life.
Searching for more meaning and purpose in your work and relationships is a goal you want to achieve.
You want to find your inner joy, tap into your spirit, and experience more of what brings you to life!
Seek balance in your life.
Often, when we have anxiety, overwhelm, or unfulfilling relationships, we feel it in our bodies. Anxiety can look like a need to be in constant motion – that drive for perfection and to accomplish something until you’ve run yourself down constantly.
Perhaps you want to be more fully present with the ones you love, but you’re always on the go or distracted by your never-ending to-do list. You want peace, calm, and balance in your busy life.
On the other hand, when we are sick, injured, or have faced medical challenges, it affects our mental health. It’s not possible to fully care for one without the other. What heals our minds heals our bodies, and what heals our bodies heals our minds.
We do ourselves a disservice when we view different parts of our experience as siloed. Individual therapy with me as your therapist will address your whole self. Together, we will assess your psychological health, your physical health, your social health, and your spiritual health.
Compassionate, affirming support is here for you.
With individual therapy, you will have a nonjudgmental space to explore the whole of you and be fully supported in making changes to create the life you want.
Taking a holistic approach, I will examine your environment, relationships, health, spirituality, career/education, and leisure activities to address your needs and goals.
Depending on your individual needs, therapy interventions may include the following:
Identifying and setting boundaries with people, time, and energy
Advocating for your physical health
Establishing healthy routines around sleep, movement, and rest
Exploring complementary practices such as mindfulness, journaling,
yoga, and other integrative practices
Life is a dance of time and energy. Keeping the two in good rhythm is the beauty of life.
